Its like my mind still processing the day information.

Usually if a person you love appears in your dreams, and it's in the negative, it represents a part of you that is insecure and/or unstable. It's kind of like a subconscious projection of your self on that person and it doesn't have anything to do with the person you dream about.
The reverse is also true if the dream is in the positive (positive projections, happiness, stability, self-fulfillment).
I have seen both direct events from future as well as a lot of weird dreams which aren't particularly easy to remember. Lucid dreaming is something I could try, but I have no idea where to start.

Wow, so im messed...I dream a lot about her and its usually nightmares. Most of the times are things that I fear like lies, cheating, becoming poor, ugly, alone.

Im feeling kind of souless, coldhearted, dead inside these days.
I was thinking about it a few days ago, Im not having fun in life, I cant recall a moment when I was truly happy, even for a few minutes and a lot of good things have been happening in my life.

She was like a drug addict living in a hell of a place (think about a poor area in a 3rd world country), a few ugly tattoos(like Amy winehouse ones), teeth about to fall, dirty clothes, no hopes and she had a white medium size dog with a black makeup mask on its face but looking healthy. She was looking like Amy Winehouse at her worst without money in a 3rd world country.
I was there to meet her after a long time, as a friend.

She was drunk in the street and screaming that she would become a hoe(slut) because I was treating her like one. Suddenly a few old men and hobos was going in direction to abuse her saying things like " come here baby" ,she was drunk and letting them touch her, I tried to call the police but the phone wasnt working, so I pushed those men grabbed her arm and runaway from the situation. The scene wasnt action oriented was more like creppy realistic, no violence.
I have a stellium in the 12th house including a Pisces Venus and honestly, most of my dreams are just dreams. I've had a couple of precognitive dreams but neither of them was about anything life changing or important, if you know what I mean.

First off.. For a man to dream of a prostitute, it may signify his need for relationship at any cost.
Not clear if she actually was one or just saying she would be one as that is how she felt treated by you.. Your dreams don't really entail how you actually know these women or are related to them, so it's hard for me to say.
More specifically.. to rescue someone in a dream signifies feeling desperate to escape a problem. It represents feelings about an urgent need to be spared from neglect, danger, or situations that leave you feeling overwhelmed.

well now we're getting to the root of the problem - is it her or you ? only you know both parties involved - why don't you know this about her and/or maybe you have a trust issue - that is the reality of what you need to figure out and deal with and then the dreams will stop

I kept dreaming that this ex who I was still in love with and who cheated on me, cheated on me with a very close cousin. She is someone I'm very close to and someone I've been jealous of before because she so effortlessly interacts with guys. It didn't come to pass. It was just my anxiety.

do you realize how immature that sounds - on the surface of course - I don't know all the issues - but I can just imagine how it would be to be told "I'm sorry, I'm having bad dreams about you cheating on me so we need to break up" ... I'd have to stop short of slapping the shit out of you at that point if that was me on the other end ...

Yesterday my dream was like this...
She was like a drug addict living in a hell of a place (think about a poor area in a 3rd world country), a few ugly tattoos(like Amy winehouse ones), teeth about to fall, dirty clothes, no hopes and she had a white medium size dog with a black makeup mask on its face but looking healthy. She was looking like Amy Winehouse at her worst without money in a 3rd world country.
I was there to meet her after a long time, as a friend.

The scene wasnt action oriented was more like creppy realistic, no violence.

So, here's what I've asked myself to try to help with the obsessive dreams...what is the worst thing that would happen if it were true? If my ex did sleep with my cousin? If they got together and were in love and my whole family wanted them together? I'd hurt. I'd feel humiliated. Okay, and then what? I'd rage! I'd cry! Okay, and then what? I'd hate! I'd scream!
