I'm guessing you're a young buck still trying to figure yourself out. That's ok, but you have to be careful when other people are involved. Even if unintentional, you can hurt someone's feelings really bad.
Jealousy is something I'm not too familiar with. But I can tell your method of testing your boundaries aren't the way to go. I advise communicating with this girl instead of setting landmines for her to step on.

He was given advice many times to let her go because his insecurities will eventually hurt her in a big way.
And then he does this.

This girl is a mess but I feel sorry for her, she has a really fkup background and her mother is the only person in her life.

Actually, according to what you've written here YOU were the one who both suggested and then insisted on her dancing with another dude because you were feeling uncomfortable.
So maybe take some responsibility instead of passing the blame to her shoulders. And maybe don't self sabotage.
