Was born in Gary, IN
We are basically the outcasts of Indiana. We all have the Chicagoan accent along with rooting for the Bears, Blackhawks and White Sox. We are also the only area that is still in Central time. Odd isn't it?
Whenever I put in my data into astrotheme or cafe astrology they always get my data wrong, because they assume since it's Indiana it is eastern time, but it's not! Astro.com is the only accurate one I've used so far. I have to put Chicago, IL if I wanna use any other site.

That is odd, but you guys are unique in that way and that's cool. That would frustrate me if Astrology websites were always getting my data wrong, but I'm glad you found one that is accurate and works for you. Btw, thank you for answering and not being silly in your answer. I just think it's interesting to see where we are all from, and all connecting here in this one place. π

I get that, yeah I lived in Las Vegas for like 9 months and was starting to get used to it a little. The winter was nice there though.

lmao yeah I am genuinely interested in the same things. I'm not really worried about posting it on here as I know that people won't have the ability to find me anyways. I have three jobs and am constantly traveling. Right now I'm in Fremont, CA and about to see the Weeknd in San Jose!! I might be going to NYC to visit friends for New Years too (but it may not happen). I'm constantly on the go, so I'm not worried about it. Plus I live my life with common sense and make sure to be safe when traveling/doing things. I'm pretty cautious in general.
Yeah it was very frustrating! They'd always show me with a Cancer MC and totally different house placements. I was like "AM I A LEO OR CANCER MC OMG WHY ARE THEY ALL DIFFERENT". Then when I put Chicago, voila, it showed Leo MC. So then I figured "ooo they don't know about the timezone differences". It makes sense because it is literally just the corner of Northwest Indiana that is in Central time. It's safer to just assume it's eastern for them than to get into the specifics I guess

As soon as you posted your pix I immediately though "Blue Rige Mountains". I almost moved to that area in my 20's. So beautiful!
You're right on mine...that's Portland Oregon and Mt Hood in the distance. It's about an hour drive from where I am (suburbs west of Portland).
I've been out west but never to northwest... it's lovely, isn't it?
I did live in the Blue Ridge mountains in my 20's for a minute...
about five months before I got homesick lol
I'd actually just turned 21. π

I love New Hampshire. I didnt my whole life...thought it was pretty lame actually, but I think back to my childhood and being able to grow up there...I appreciate it a lot more. You can go hiking, boating on the lake, kayaking and fishing in the river, go to the beach, and then be in the city all within a few hours. Florida is nice....I love the weather this time of year...no humidity. So many tourists & traffic here but it could be worse!

That sounds so fun, I've lived in Southern California pretty much all of my life with the exception of Las Vegas for a short time. I would love to visit New Hampshire and try all those activities. I hear it's really pretty there too, with the season changes.
I'm glad you're not having to deal with the humidity, my goodness I'd be dying.

originally from Texas but now residing in south carolina. been living here when i was in boot camp many years ago. i just want to get away from south carolina now and move somewhere in the mountains. anywhere in the mountains as long as there no grizzly bears prowling the streets and raiding people's trash cans.
