You’re born just before me! Same year too. I’d say remove yourself from something that isn’t fulfilling, but make sure you have a plan for the next step. Whether that is making your own company or partnering with someone, or just finding a better employer who appreciates your talents. I’ve left a job where I wasn’t appreciated only to find one shortly after who gave me more trust and money!
