For a few year's it's been the same for me. π Do hardcore training with my close friends, get some great food in my system, go watch a good movie in a cinema, go to nature, mountains, lakes, make campfire, have a good time, maybe 1 or 2 beers, because i don't rly drink, just go hard first, and chill after, enjoy good foods and good company , that's rly best thing for me π

Posted by FirstDecanTaurianWomen0428depends rly, today is my b-day so i did 2016reps workout because it's year 2016, and it also depends on a day, mainly i train calisthenics, bodyweight movement, but i also like explosive power heawy training, not weights, but something like fliping tires, throwing kegs, resistance training,hand eye cordination drills, footwork etc. i think learning to control your own bodyweight and using it on excersise, adding resistance is the best way to get your body in best shape, i don't mean about looks i talk about performance as an athlete either boxing/mma/ufc/runing/sprinting and all of that .mastering your own bodyweight and completely controling your own body is my fav thing to do, also reading, learning about psychology, why people do the things they do, when i talk about training it's whole body involved, that includes brain π when i have to work i train only 2hrs, but when i have day's off i can go 4-6hours. i have couple of vids on youtube, here's one of them, you can check tem out if you like, now im focusing more on explosive power , it's quite an old video. πPosted by rakacWhat kind of training do you do?

My birthdays are usually lame because they've been during the week. This year it's on the weekend but I'm not expecting anything. I'll probably sneak off to Mom's house and we'll have bushwackers at all the beach bars.
I'm also thinking about going to NOLA because lots of parties that weekend.
