You not alone, I'm a Cancer and can't swim, maybe you had a bad experience in a past life and that's why you're terrified of water.

I had bad experiences when I was younger too, wow that’s so freaky to think that in my past life someone else couldve been like that.
My 8th house in Pisces, was told to stay away from water and I'm accident prone anyway.. But check your 8th
What does your placement have to do with being scared of anything? This is like saying "OMG I HATE FLYING AND I AM AN AIR SIGN!" No, logical sense.
