Update: So last night i facebooked him to apologise for the gay stuff and he said he doesn't realy take into consideration what people say about him... And that he really didn't mind although i was the one who could have lost... when i asked him what he meant, he went on about how we WOULD be umm sexually connected or evern friends... He means that my chance is gone right?

I don't understand why you're so obsessed with being friends with this guy. You're trying to force something to happen because it's what YOU want and to hell with his feelings. It's all about you here, and I think he sees that. He'll fuck you once for shits n giggles but then would be done with you. Caps are incredibly opportunistic and will use you if you allow them to. You've left yourself wide open with your big eyed creeper girl thing going here.

Also, it makes me wonder if you have other friends if you're this obsessed with becoming friends with this dude specifically.

Tell him NO, that you and him will NEVER be only sexually connected, and then stop contacting him.

The major issue here is your intensity, and that your interest in him is much much too strong. He probably sees you as obsessive and clingy. Your apology was the checkmate and you lost, because it just emphasized the fact that you were clingy (that you don't want to lose him).
