Capricorns moving on after heartbreaks

I am a Capricorn.I had break up two months ago. The guy was a libran. I am still stuck up with his memories. Seems like its too hard to move on. As I have my hard shell around my self . I just don't trust people easily but when I do I just give them all my loyalty and dedication. I just want some useful tips or some exercise that I can do to overcome that stress and make my self move on. That would be a great help. Thankyou !

Although I am really quick in making decisions but in this case yes I am unable to close that case yet. Its harder to decide should I move on or not. But I just want to move on now. Because I just can't hurt my ego anymore. What should I do now ?

Seems like it is a confusion that will never end in my life.. I am right not only thinking to workout on my emotions but also thinking about what he is thinking about me right now. I don't know why but like every common girl I just can't cry to release my stress hormones. Crying is just not my thing. I am not that type of person sharing my feelings to others. Even not to my best friend.

I agree with natasha. I have a hard time crying over things like that too, but writing always helps release a bit.

Focus on the negative things about him and the relationship and how relieved you are that you don't have to deal with that anymore.

A question for you Carolz. Why do capricorn sometimes play the silent one....He says there's nothing wrong but i can sense that there is something. I can't help him if he doesn't say what bothering him. Is he preparing to say goodbye?

Often a poor assumption.

I know communication is important but somethings just make me mad and makes me give up hope on people. How can you not know that you don't just hurt a person? That you don't just forget a person or that you just don't lie or that you just don't prioritize someone else for example. Basic things honestly. I can say it.... but it's hard. Depends on my mood and current life situation. I can also just keep it inside until I'm ready to tell you about it (and god knows how long that will take). And if I tell you once, I'd really prefer not having to tell you the same thing ONCE AGAIN later on in the friendship/relationship/whatever. I hate repeating myself in relationships, especially about obvious things.
Had a taurus friend once.... she's probably the only one who could just tell when I was upset even though I didn't say anything or show anything. It was like she read my mind. She directly understood whenever i was being distant and a bit cold. And she would often know why too. Thought that was cool.

Means he doesn't want to talk about it right now. He's analyzing it and figuring things out.

Thanks Truecap. I hope i won't lose him because i think we are right for each other. Although it isn't easy as i am a cancer sign who wants to analyse people to be shore i am wanted and loved for sure. With a capricorn man i never know if that is the case. I don't analyse him because i know he hates that. Me as a cancer person are all into feelings and emotions. And these things are sooooo dificult for a capricorn i gess....
He likes me cuddles and my caring scills.

Don't say that. All people are different. You've met one capricorn man. Not all in this world. I hope you'll be happy. But if this guy doesn't make you happy you should go on to the next one. There are many different kinds of capricorns even if they all might share some qualities.

And he broke the relationship off......He asked me if i was happy, i said yes. He says he's not. He struggels with himself. Thinks that he is cruel to me ( sometimes he says hard things, strange kind of humor) . I said that i can cope with the things he said to me, that's who he is.

He said that the relationship went to quick. We met eachother again after 31 years ( he was my lover when i was 18) and he was so glad because i was his greatest love of his life. But it all went very fast, i am in the middle of a divorce, he was living alone for several years.... He still loves me. I asked him if he was sure of the breaking up and he didn't answer that clearly. He wants to stay good friends ( not with benefits) but i ve said i couldn't because everytime i will see him my hart will bleed .... He says its not my fault the breakup, i didn't do anything wrong.... He said maybe if we had met otherwise, dated for a while , maybe that was better for us. Do you ( capricorn) knows and understand what he is trying to say? I know he still loves me, i saw it in his eyes. When he went home he kissed me on the mouth....He looked hurt and sad.

i continue: he also said that i didn't know him at all. But isn't that my problem and not his?
When he left he said " send me a message every now and then.

I have the feeling that he wants to stay intouch because he isn't shore of hisself. Thats my point of view, i could be wrong ....

I love him deeply. He is a very loveble guy, a teddybear that loves my cuddles and carying very mutch. ( so he says today again) He is so funny and very sexy :-)

I will miss him....

@Lindaaatje As I am the most less experienced person in this whole discussion. Just 18 though I would like to tell you something about a Capricorn. When a capricorn make hard decision there always a solid reason behind . Although we take lots of time to move on. Trust me as hard as it is for you to forget it will be double for him. Be proud of yourself that he once chose you to be the special one, its a rare opportunity a capricorn will give you. Things will only get better in life 🙂

He was the last 2 weeks a bit distant from me....when i said to him a couple of days ago " you're nog doing very well isn't it?" He replied with " let it simmer". Yesterday i confronted him and said " say what you feel, put it on the table" He didn't use the words " i'm breaking up" but i've said it for him because i had to know. Why didn't he wanted to talk about it earliar? Why keeping this to hisself? Would the outcome been diferent if i let him be in his simmer modus? He repetedly said that he is not comptable about the hole situation. i could " see" that he was torn about it. He repetedly said " stay in touch" " let us be good friends" " send a message every now and than" Why? Because he is not shore ? He don't really want to lose me?

May be there fate has put him in a difficult situation. As capricorns are really protective about there family, friends and relationships. We usually weigh things before we say or decide so Its like may be he feels you will be hurt after listening his whole situation.What I would suggest is leave him for a particular period of time. We don't have as such problems in confrontation as libras have but if we are broken inside leave us for a while we want to be alone that time. Continuously forcing him to tell the mysterious reason of doing so can result in a harsh burst out which may hurt you but more than that will shock you and his words may directly hit to your heart. Well I am experiencing the post breakup problems I have experienced one thing "Time heals every wound". I just waited and now we are just friends and believe me things will get better. If he loves you truly he will be back.. I hope my words will give you a soothing feel. Have a positive approach. Time will answer all your questions as I am waiting too for my answers 😉
