we married 1 yr n 6 months now

I think your original question has been answered & it sounds like you came up with a plan for him to see the kids.

Blocking him was the right decision. You should only be communicating with him ss it relates to the kids.

Focus your attention on your marriage, kids, and household and stop letting this man who was "cold" rent space in your mind for free.

Stop giving this so much thought and forget about it.

We live in the same town and they go to the same school. Me and her had some pretty ruthless arguments but you don't see her using our kids against me or try to hurt me because that is a pretty shitty thing to do to the kid's dad and to the kids themselves. They don't like being used.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYBODY HERE who has told you to let him take your children for a month.

I have no clue how the judicial system works where you're from but some times MONEY talks.

If you fear he may gain custody or it will be hard for you to afford to get your children back because you are not as well off as him....DO NOT LET HIM TAKE THEM.

People that have responded are in their fuckin feelings...let him visit or move back to see his children.

Don't let him take your children if you do not have the funds to fight to get them back if he decides to go to the courts where he lives to show he may be able to provide a better life style to raise them.
