Yep soo true can identify with his need to stay/appear in control. What do u mean by I shouldn't b a pushover ?
If I stand my ground he acts like I've done him wrong or that I'm "arguing/fighting" him on it (his control)

I don't think so I know he was ignoring me for a bit I figured he needed time out for himself to reflect he'd always come back n I usually asked if he'd missed me n he said yes. It's not like we ever shouted at each other or had a proper loud fight.

That's true people don't always agree on everything but that doesn't mean he should run away to sulk cos I didn't agree with him. He normally comes back but it's different this time I feel like he crossed the line. He's got to accept he can't have it all his way. he thinks that as I don't agree with him i won't listen to him n he can't be with me cos il always fight him. How is that even right ... ? Stubborn n won't see past this

i overfeed my family too. including myself. i get hungry all the time.
mother in law has opted for us to go to the gym on a regular basis. *crosses fingers* i hope it pulls through. there's a good sale going on too at some of the fitness centers. and unlimited visits.
Aries man came back around asking how I am after I wished him a Happy Thanksgiving. Been a week and a half, I'm so happy he's alright. Seems interested in joining me at a formal boat party.

My mother has always overfed me. I realize it's a part of her love, so I forgive her but I have to remain really active to keep weight off. I like the Y. It's very close and it relieves stress. I've been slacking. It's part of my routine. I love seeing her but it interrupts everything and it is stressful because she's such a perfectionist.

since i'm married, i just fall into place, with food being part of our life, and serving my husband a delicious belgium beer or something like that. Winter's coming up and you know what happens when that comes around. Extra pounds to put on.

I was in the turn lane and the Leo pulled up in the next lane over. As the light changes my GF glances over and says "some guy is staring at us" (having only met him once and in dim light she didn't recognize him). I look over, he grins and gives a little nod, we pull away. Next thing I know I'm getting multiple texts from him trashing her and I. He's seriously beyond belief!

I'm very stressed over trying to get an internship. I feel like I may have waited too long but I'm really putting off calling because I'm nervous and I'm not even sure exactly WHO to call. I'm not ready to start a professional job. I still feel like I'm 16. : ( I have to make two connections, too in case the first falls through. The second would be through a program in DC but that's a whole different application process and I just can't handle all of this. I'd really just prefer to come about a large sum of money and spend my life traveling.

i'd taken an ambien to put me down at 4pm yesterday and i just couldn't go with it. i mean??_ i was on a plane for a 5 hr flight sandwiched between two much larger people who were definitely encroaching on my space ...and effin couldn't get comfy enough to fall asleep. i walked off the plane completely disoriented and dizzy. i ate dinner at 8pm and by the time i was on dxp, i was literally hallucinating. @.@ at one point i thought i saw my dad standing behind me. my dad who lives in another state.
i'd heard that if you take a sleeping pill and don't sleep, you get weird. i can now confirm that.
when i finally DID fall asleep at 10:30pm??_ i freaking woke up at 3:30 am!!!! *sad face ??_with eye bags*

Just struck me as odd that he would ask that.

We were watching TV and unless he drifted off in the recliner, I don't think so.
A lady on another board I visit passed of breast cancer thursday. It's like she told people on the board in June and everything just seemed to unravel since then. Cancer is SCARY! Its also amazing how close you can become to people you don't know. Ive been a member of that board for over 10yrs, and I don't remember too many direct interactions with her, but she definitely had a presence.

CC - I haven't spoken to him since, that was on Sat.. I'm taking it one day at a time n have a count down set up for the trip think it will do me good to get some distance. I feel like I've hit a brick wall with him now... He literally did everything he could to hurt me prob to get back at me cos I told him I was going away n had to think about things n that if I had what I needed I wouldn't have to go away to know what it was I wanted. I guess it cut pretty deep...
