I’m starting to have horrible reactions to dairy, so I’m trying to stay away from the cheeses. This is how I usually do pizza though 😆

Maybe you overindulged?

No. I think it’s because I hardly ever eat dairy. I am becoming lactose intolerant 😕

I don’t even like pizza like the average American, I eat it maybe 3-4 times a year. And I don’t drink milk or eat cheese.

So when I do. It’s horrible 😩😩

Same thing happens with pork. It tears up my stomach for a full day. I try to stay away from the too.

I ate a pizza slice the other day and I had to run to the bathroom

my gut microbe is all kinds of messed up

so, for now, = No Pizza

but I don't eat PORK

so for me a thin pizza is good cheeses, veggies, and sometimes chicken is the ultimate

I am not a fan of thick goey pizza

It's not worth the pain and hassle.

Do you take a probiotic...i take them, slippery elm and pepermint capsules. All are very helpful.

Have you tried califlower pizza? Lately sold in supermarkets. I recommend it!

Also Julies pizza. Gluten free. If you have one in your area..:
