My mother and aunt are on this...and it works. I have my reservations about it though, because you can eat things like cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, eggs, etc...(which we all know are not healthy), but yet, you lose weight from restricted carbs (NO bread whatsoever, no milk, no potatoes, etc)...it's freaky. They say they feel fantastically healthy though...your body purifies itself of all sugars, also. So it's a very..."drastic" change in eating behavior (at least at first...then you can start incorporating small amounts of sugar and carbs back in). Anyone tried this one? I wanted to try it, but I checked my weight for my height and all that, and it ends up (I'd lost track for a while there) I've lost so much already I'm three pounds away from being "underweight"...so this diet would Not be a good idea for me. However...I see that it's working for them which is comforting, should I for some reason put weight on again.

The..."Atkins Corporation" (are they a corporation?) actually makes special Atkins Pancakes. And special syrup to go with them. According to my mom and aunt, the pancakes taste a little like dog food, but the syrup is decent, if a little thin.

Romeclone, that's awesome! Yes, my mom's been on it 11 days and she's lost 10 lbs.

James Tate...that's actually true. lol...The lightheaded thing. Apparently you also get heat flashes. Not the menopausal kind, men get these too. It's all slightly disturbing, yet amazing at the same time.

I personally don't get the whole weight thing. Why? I think this was invented to cause us humans to go nuts! I don't own a scale nor do I care about them. 120 on one person will be totally different on another. What is important to me is how I feel in and out of my clothes. If I feel like I'm packing on some weight then I will change it. If not, cool...now, this is FREEDOM from the scales! Age and weight...all fences that we can get caught behind. Open the gates and fly away!

lol....I found the water with lemons comment very funny 😛

Here's what I do. I eat crappy unhealthy food because it tastes good, then I sit there and think about how stupid that was...and then I weigh myself, and decide I'll make up for it "tomorrow" by eating less crappy/more healthy foods. It's not really a diet...and it's probably not very healthy....but it seems to work out in the end. I do tend to fluctuate about 5 lbs though. Which annoys me. Because I never know if I'm "starting to gain weight again" or just having an off day.
i like gim.(sea weed). The dry salty ones. Yes ppl are probably going "EWWWW WUT THE FUUUGGGG" ROFL but its tastey.. everyone should try it. Just go to some asian market, and buy some. But depends which one you buy, becoms some of them are like..not salty

As you know, I use the Xenadrine diet pills. Well, all week I have exercised three days this week. In conjunction, this is how I eat.

Breakfast:
1 packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal

Lunch: A Cold Cut Trio Sandwich with all the fixings

Has anyone ever tried this diet? A lot of people (celebs too) swear by it. If you've tried it, would you recommed it or not?
