Know what are their personal fears about woman for commitment, know what are their personal wants for commitment. Sometimes why they dont want commitment has no regard with woman at all but their own issues like chasing a goal etc. Not an easy task as they wont tell you straight in your face, probably need a scorpio mercury for that.
