Together with daily exercise, i have lost over 20 pounds in weight and feel a whole lot better
Here are some suggestions
Coffee...wonderful Coffee! ๐
I was drinking one cup a day, but was becoming a little dependent on it....i found it comforting but knew it wasn't suiting my body, so i now drink Barley Cup (healthy cereal drink) which looks just like coffee. As it doesn't have the *kick* of caffeine, i flavour it with vanilla and caramel and it has taken away my yearning for coffee. I also drink a lot of herbal tea...lemon and ginger, peppermint, licorice, etc
Dairy

Not good for the body at all...one of the most difficult foods to digest is cheese (cheddar etc)....so i started to eat goats cheese and sometimes Feta...easier on the stomach. I don't buy dairy milk and drink mainly goats milk or sometimes coconut. Goats milk is the nearest thing to breast milk. Dairy is suitable for the digestive system of calves but not humans
Bread

Gluten is one of the worst things for the digestive system so i now buy gluten free bread so i don't have to go without toast. Very occasionally i will eat gluten free pasta. Gluten is like glue and therefore damages the stomach..
I learned one of the healthiest foods for the body are apples, so i eat them every day....often stewed with goats yogurt and cinnamon
Does anyone have any other substitute suggestions?
