When it comes to working with people, do you always have to be a leader?

Do you find it hard to control yourself not to be bossy?

ah, that is unfortunate..you have to either drop them or to have infinite amounts of patience, I know something about it. my friendship with them is in hibernation now.

and yes, they are good friends, and we weren't working together but the amount of me me me me me me in our friendship has became unbearable either. lol, I know.

not only about that though, she can turn everything into an argument and I hate debating so i will always be the one who end up being quiet which means she is the right queen ughhh it is the "I'm always right" attitude as well

Yep. Sounds about right but I'm aware of it. I ask other people for input and ideas at work but it's a conscious effort i have to make because my natural state is to lead and take over. I also have to let things go and not get so frustrated with slow people or people who make mistakes all the time.

The expectations of us are much higher at work and we often get pushed by our managers to do more and be better and it pisses us off. I have a rebellious streak so if someone tells me what to do, I'll do something crazy to prove they have no power 😂

Do you project yourself as Ms.Perfection at work or not? and what if there is someone who has better idea than you, do you listen to their ideas and use it or your pride tell you to say no?

My brother who just passed away in January had this combo, he was the same way all about him, wouldn't listen to anybody's advice. I'm always right attitude. Big mommy's boy lazy and dirty Leo. I think a lot of his cancer placements fucked him in away. They can be great if they actually learn to listen they definitely know how to make money I'll give them that but they seem to waste it too.

I did have a problem with one girl who felt I was really slow and felt threatened that I would fuck her job up. I wish I knew what her sign was, she fit the description more than I do

thank you. He passed from stage 4 brain cancer of course he didn't listen to me for years about getting a ct scan or MRI. He rebelled and didn't want to get checked out it's just a migraine as he would say 😞

I have this placement LOL and no no no to all those rediculous questions. Sounds so cliche. The only time I have a problem with a group project is if my teammenmbers are lazy and or all over the place no structure. Also working in a group means ALOT of excuses. Something Leo’s don’t deal with so we just like to get work done that’s all. Quit bitching he’s probably the one doing all the work, get off of here and go work... sorry not sorry

Even though the bossy part she doesn't sound much like me, I can more relate to the "not listening" part even though it's unconscious and I try to be aware of it. I think it's a fixed sign thing especially with the Leo-Aquarius axis. Both signs think they are right all the time. Even if the advice you give them is practical, logical, and something that really needs to be done, a lot of the time Leos have to come up with the idea first for them to actually do it.

The bossiness of this person might be a manifestation of insecurity where they feel validated by taking credit and standing out even at the detriment of others.

No no i dont hate leos or have any personal problem with leos it is just that this person is incredibly bossy that it affected the team so badly and that no one wants to give her feedback (this did not happen in work force it happened when i was in uni and we are all friends so that is why i was shock of how my friend had changed just by working) regarding the change that she showed makes me wonder if other leo with this combination behave the same way or not because it was shocking to me. She is such as sweet person as a friend.

I personally think it was a mixture of that and anxiety, he use to be a pill junkie, i did get him to quit that so he make up excuse about how the doctors would just say he was drug seeking and he didn't want to hear that so he refused. Which I told him that's not logical how do you get drug seeker for asking for a cat scan.i think now he was more afraid of what they may find, I knew something was wrong no healthy person wakes up after 9hrs of sleep wanting to go back to bed after being up for a couple hours.

My dad is a Leo Sun/Aries Moon he's one of the nicest, kindest people on the planet. He's not preoccupied with being a leader of being bossy. The traits you described are a result emotional immaturity/insecurity more than the Leo Sun/Aries Moon placement. I would say that Aries Moon can make Leos a bit more brash or foolhardy, but also somewhat innocent and childlike. Aries Moon people are prone to making snap decisions when they want to do something. It can also amplify a Leo's laziness as Aries energy can be very lazy as well. Aries energy is not always confrontational the way people describe though.
