Try plugging your data here...I don't know but I find the explanations much easier to interpret on chaos then astro.com which seems to be the preferred site. My recommendation would be for you to print it all out or copy it all down...planets, the houses your planets occupy, what each house represents, and all the aspects you have. Then you can at your leisure, research what each section means individually...then come back & you can ask specific questions that you may still need clarification on. It's an ongoing process...

Even though my ex did the splitting up, when we finally saw eachother for the first time in a few years, he clearly had some strong emotions he was still coping with, which was confusing as fuck, tbh. He hid when he saw me the very first time, and the second time was at a NYE party where he was even weirder (despite the eventual convo that broke the ice the previous party) because he was more distant and stared at me from across the room all night. Everyone else picked up on it too and was wtf because it's like dude, it's been long enough, wtf are you so uptight and weird about? It struck me as really odd because he was the one who did the breaking up, so wtf with the behavior that belongs to the one who got broken up with?
But he was also a cusper (Libra/Scorp). That could have something to do with it as well. *shrugs*
I also dealt with another Libra with VinS and he was really weird with his emotions as well. I can't help but think all those heavy emotions freak out such an airy sun and leads to a lot of strange shit. But maturity also has a lot to do with it, too.
Just like the Sun sign of Scorp being weird as fuck in how they approach relationships and love, that same bs occurs in the Venus placement as well. It gets to be a headache if the sun sign can't keep that bs in check. Sure, you love hard, but then all that fixed Scorp neuroses kicks in and just complicates shit for no reason, which makes life complicated for both.

The advice I would like to give you is not to trust just one site - read many! I personally think that you can not "feel" the energy of a specific sign, planet or aspect without having read lots of angles of it - that's when I feel a picture starts to emerge and you also learn which sites you feel you can trust and it which area(s). But that's just me.
Don't forget that it's supposed to be fun. You may think one thing may be logical to start reading about, but you may feel like going in a whole other direction and look at some obscure aspect instead. Then I say, look at the obscure aspect - however you do it, you will learn things as you go and it should be a fun process of learning about yourself. Imo.

I've only seen it referred to when the topic clearly involves Venus in Scorp and people don't want to constantly write out "Venus in Scorp" over and over. You ARE assuming this is an actual short hand all over the place for this placement, regardless of topic. It really isn't. Not "officially."
If someone wanted to use the short hand for Venus in Sag, then they could probably use the same short hand, and if it was a toss up, I'd hope people would be a bit more clear and distinguish between the two...
