I would have thought the fire signs...

Sagittarius (personal experience).

I vote for Sag's. They like the attention and are just natural flirts.

Aquas get accused of it, but they're just being their friendly selves and people mistake their niceness and friendliness for interest other than friendship.

Geminis enjoy the banter of flirting.

Libras receive their self esteem from it. (not all).

From my experience it's Gemini and Libra Sun, Merc or Venus. One might also suspect Taurus (Venus) and Leo (rules the house of romance) placements, but imo Taurus just knows how to seduce and Leo is more playful than flirty.

Libra is a Cardinal sign.

For me I find Gemini and Sag men tend to be the flirts.

Aqua don't like to flirt and libra seem to prefer the passive role.
Leo , well I know only leo men but they are really awkward. They are natural betas and when they decide to flirt with a woman, it feels contrived and it's like watching a bad actor in a bad movie.

This is one of the banes of my existence and probably the reason I don't do it most of the time(besides just not feeling like it). Some people take this misconception way too seriously. @_@ If I smile and say hi or whatever, it's because of politeness. That is my only intention. The only time that should ever be considered flirting is when a person does it to you way too much and does so consistently even though you have no idea who the fuck that is. But even then, you stil have to converse with the person because you don't know their intentions. They could be thinking about something that makes them happy. I do that quite often. Or when I'm thinking of something evil. 😆
