When is it the person’s responsibility to take care of themselves.

I think it's right because instead of supporting the company but protecting and solving risks, the employee gives the risk. The employee isn't profiting the company.

My issues is If rules like these exist why does t the company offer five free days to use for covid. They fail to see the hardships n burden of missing work that the person may have. What if he can’t afford to miss work!! It’s not as black n white.

You put all these rules messing with peoples jobs but fail to mandate companies to cover for them.

knowingly going to work when you´re covid-19 positive is selfish, reckless behaviour. and could/should have consequences.

aside from that, and since this has been an ongoing issue since 2 years now, most companies worldwide have rules and regulations implemented regarding procedures, rights and obligations for both employees and employers for such cases.

Paid sick leave?

Oh hell yea!!! That's fucked up! Even when I thought I had it I took off from work until my rest came back
