I had this one leeb uncle who was an arrogant asshole, and would never leave. Would sleep on the couch, all up in my living room when it was Saturday morning cartoon time. So I would just give him death stares and calmly go into detail about how I would cut off his head tendon by tendon. Now I can't say he actually believed me that would seem ridiculous, but it freaked him out enough to be effective. He made a big deal about it and left me alone, and his visits were less frequent.
And since nobody else really liked him, my behavior was kind of encouraged. 😄

When I was 6 my parents got me into judo. I loved it but the schedule of the classes conflicted with some cartoons I was watching.
I heard something on the news about this kid and "leukemia", which I took for some type of serious illness.
I wanted to get out of judo and watch my cartoons and I knew there's no way either of my parents would've allowed me. I went to the teacher one evening and told him straight up I have leukemia and I can no longer attend. I don't remember what he said but it was along the lines of "poor poor child, ofc, don't come to judo anymore..stay with your family..smthg like that".
Went home, told both my parents I got kicked out of judo. Both believed me.
A few months later my mother was walking down the streets in a black dress and the guy walks up to her and gives her his condoleances.
The aftermath? I have never been beaten up so badly by my parents in my entire life. Totally deserved it.
