DXP Survivor 2014 Part VII Challenge

Players, your challenge:

Provide an example for each of the numbers 0 — 100 inclusive. All examples must include a corresponding image and reflect quantities of things. I.e. race car #77 and Highway 66 will not count. Please see the following examples:

100 bottles of beer on the wall

No, you may not use any of my examples. Any hidden posts will automatically disqualify you from winning the challenge. If you post an example and later change your mind, too bad; only your first post for each number will be considered. The winner of the challenge will be that player who first posts his/her correct examples of each quantity with the corresponding images. In the event no player makes a complete set of perfect posts, that player with the greatest number of correct posts will win. The last post considered for the challenge will be posted 2 hours 59 minutes, 59 seconds after the time stamp on this post. Good luck!

Trio of teenagers call paramedics after using a fire poker to brand their buttocks
Three Australian teenagers who branded their bums while drinking around a bonfire sparked a major turnout of emergency services on Sunday. Luke Moroney, 21, Blaire Cooper, 21, and Joel Austen, 18, of Toowoomba decided to call paramedics after waking up at lunchtime with hangovers and third-degree burns to their bum cheeks.

The trio had to peel their underwear off their blistered burns and wait for help. However, a miscommunication caused multiple paramedics, fire crews and police to respond to an explosion-type incident with multiple casualties.
