Good evening ladies and gentleman of Deldo’s Aqua Cousin jury. My name is Damnata T. Impaler and I am one of the Prosecutors in this case. In my co-council’s opening statement, she mentioned that we would call 2 witnesses to testify as to the Defendant’s guilt.

Both witnesses testified as explained and we have established the following facts: 1) that on the evening in question, the Defendant, Rich Taurus Mars was indeed present at the crime scene at the time of the Victim, Mary Ho Sag’s death 2) that the instruments used were his hands as evidenced by photos taken at his arrest and by finding out in the cross-examination of a defense witness that the time the Defendant got his bruises coincides with the time of the Victim's death 3) that the Defendant acted without self-defense and 4) that he had motive for voluntary manslaughter as he flew into a rage upon seeing his beloved getting her puss smashed by the dashing Bobbie D. Scorp in his vehicle as he dropped her home

We would ask you to reject the Defense theories of the case as they have failed to provide any by acting as Prosecutors in the trial of a man who wasn’t on trial. Our witnesses are credible, as they have nothing to gain by lying, and were consistent with each other. We would also like to point out that even the Defendant himself has not disagreed with our witnesses’ testimonies, nor has his Defense council throughout this whole trial. The Defendant has clear motive to lie, because he doesn’t want to be held accountable for his actions. The Defense witnesses lack credibility as one of them, Mandy Waitress, doesn’t even know the Defendant, and the other Beefcake Brock wasn’t with the Defendant the entire night in question.

It is an important principle that people in our dxp society be held accountable for their actions. Pisces Sun with Taurus Mars placements, aren’t always about good sex and good food and can in fact be volatile and fly into a fit of rage. The Defense arguments amount to prosecuting an innocent Scorp man who wasn’t even on trial.

In conclusion, we would ask that you find the Defendant guilty as charged of voluntary manslaughter based on the circumstantial evidence, probable cause, and motive of a crime of passion.

Also he didn't need blood stains on his outfit since he STRANGLED her. Only bruises he'd need would be on his hands from beating her up and holding her down, which you can easily remove with idk...any cleaning tissue ever. He's a guy so for sure he had a bunch of those hanging around.

Even though I would have preferred a mistrial the verdict is in and the defendant is found guilty. The jury did not like when the trial turned to a clusterfuck in the middle and while they did like some things from both sides and hated things on both sides. This decision was by a hair. @GetMisted was chosen as the person who gets to distribute coconuts and send someone to exile island from the other team.

The other team does not have to vote until tomorrow since its so late and been a longggg day
