I think that only they're ever going to know what they mean unless they share the meaning properly.
It's the same with poets, you can come up with endless dissections and possible meanings for yourself but unless they tell you what they meant when they said/ wrote it, then you will be essentially none the wiser.

You would absolutely abhor my pisces buddy. He literally has made up his own language AND it changes on a whim. You have to pay close attention to the context or it will fly over your head. I can handle it, it does have it's cuteness, but it can also be a royal pain in the ass if you're trying to quickly and effectively communicate for good reasons (i.e. work) and need answers urgently. It's like he can't not talk that way.
While I have my moments where I speak in a cryptic and expressive/poetic way, mine are just that... moments. I'm pretty straight-forward most of the time and it's unfortunate that I try to avoid lengthy conversations with him. I don't want to always have to decipher his code.

A rose is lovely.. people smell it, touch it, admire it, ooh and ahh over it, collect and display them... but most never see what's running *through* the rose, what's hidden inside.. most never look that deep and are too busy admiring the beautiful surface.
Translation: I see your beauty AND your imperfections.. and love them both.

Like taking a phrase, plugging it into a translator.. from English to French.. then to Russian.. then Spanish... then Chinese... then Portuguese... then back to English... you end up with gibberish, broken nonsense.
