If you like a post on facebook and unlike it under 5 sec, will the person get a notification? It will disappear I know BUT will they see a push notification for it?

Well I just tried with my mom 10 times, I'm literally getting no push notifications. Just the ones when I actually open the app and no settings in my phone are preventing push notifications.
