Hi everyone . I m quite limited in my cooking abilities and i fry a lot of dishes that i make. How do i go into making more of healthy style cooking? I mean how do you make healthy food without oil ... i use it to taste good .. i don't want to eat boiled potatoes though . Any tips ?

Try to use unrefined oil as much as possible, like a good virgin olive oil and butter for the extra flavor. Coconut oil is good too because it has a high cooking point.... the most unhealthy it’s all this really refined oils high in omega 6.

Use olive oil as an alternative if you need to fry. You can also steam food instead. For example when I make chicken, I use chicken breast, and marinade it in pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme and turmeric. I simply fry it in olive oil and eat it with steamed veggies only. I lost around 4kg and now starting to develop muscles.

No to frying, especially deep frying

It's a huge misconception that cooking with oil makes it unhealthy.
Frying is different than using oil to keep something from sticking. It's all on HOW much oil you're using.
Simple solution- cut back on the amount used.

Oil is not bad . You just don’t need to be frying in them . Season some chicken , put a little oil to sear it
Sweet potato fries , season and add some evoo, bake in oven .
You don’t have to ban oil just use less . Plus , a lot of vitamin need some oil to be processed

grilling or using the oven, is good.

Bake foods. Grill using a George Forman.
