firebunny, the only people that are really concerned with being "alpha" on dxp of all places are you and DJ.me saying:
is obviously a joke and everyone is getting it but you.
I don't. 😉 And you're always bothered when somebody posts an Alpha thread. #makesmewonder
I don't think Jesus Christ's birthday can be calculated either. They may find the year & month that he was born in, but that birth time & minute thing is most likely made up.

they just didn't make it up and say ok duurrr durrr, let's put him in this month.
i'm guessing they tried to calculate it by the way the stars are /were situated at that time. Although, the three wise men gave alot of clues into his birth.
and in Mongolia, people say his birthday is 14th November.
"i'm guessing they tried to calculate it by the way the stars are /were situated at that time." --> by this calculation they really can find even the time & minute of his birth? Really? Tell me the name of that 3 wise men, I'm curious.
"Genghis Khan (/———?s ??k—?n/ or /??d?'——s ??k—?n/,[5][6] Mongol: [t??i—??s xa??] ( listen); Chingis/Chinghis Khan; 1162? — August 1227), born Temujin, was the founder and Great Khan (emperor) of the Mongol Empire, which became the largest contiguous empire in history after his demise."
^^^wikipedia power. You see, even his birth year is questionable.
Temujin was born in 1162 or 1155[3] in Del?_?_n Boldog near Burkhan Khaldun mountain and the Onon and Kherlen rivers in modern-day northern Mongolia, not far from the current capital, Ulaanbaatar.

don't know...Larry moe and curly??
honestly, i leave it up to these guys, cause i'm not interested. just chiming in that it's probably why historians do extensive research. Doesn't mean it's right, it's just that they spend years doing so, more than any of us, who just go, welllllll...i guess that sounds about right.
well i got curious, cause it never mentions in the bible....
but online, they already have names for it:
http://www.bibleinfo.com/en/questions/what-were-names-three-wise-men
"What were the names of the three wise men?
We really don't know their names, because the Bible doesn't tell us. However, tradition has it that the wise men who came to honor the infant Jesus were named Gaspar, Balthasar, and Melchior.
The wise men, also known as magi, were men belonging to various educated classes. Our English word magician comes from this same root. But these wise men were not magicians in the modern sense of sleight-of-hand performers. They were of noble birth, educated, wealthy, and influential. They were philosophers, the counselors of rulers, learned in all the wisdom of the ancient East. The wise men who came seeking the Christ child were not idolaters; they were upright men of integrity."
wow. those type of men are hard to find these days. 😄

Firstly, if their calculation/research was accurate then it would appear on wikipedia, but it's only on the astrology website. That tells their research wasn't accurate.
Secondly, I don't think it is possible to find out your exact birth time and minute by observing at planets/stars. Your birth chart is BASED ON the exact time/minute/ and place you were born in, you cant't have your natal chart without that information. This can't be the other way round. ( finding out one's birth date by planet/star positions.
After all, Genghis Khan's birthday is UNCONFIRMED, and we just need to keep it that way.

well i'm sorry but the world doesn't revolve around you 😛 some people will do what they want because they enjoy and love researching on these infamous/famous people.
🙂 I didn't say they shouldn't do research on people, but flawed research is FLAWED.
Believe in what you want.

there's no way in hell genghis khan is a scorpio.scorpio men can't lead.
General Patton would disagree with you, Queerbait.
Sorry but anyone who doesn't fit into Don's world view has been officially erased from history.
Now let's never speak of this Patton again.

DJ you know scorpio men can lead, so can alot of other men in other sun signs. Just depends though.
I can totally see the double virgo cancer rising, pluto cancer (but ironically stellium libra) genghkis khan. He had a libra mars according to astrotheme....
does that mean he was also very good at charming the people to get his way? coupled with his mercurial strong energy....and the cardinal water too.

i suppose since they "calculated" it, like jesus christ...
"Genghis Khan was born "Temujin" in Mongolia around 1162. He married at age 16, but had many wives during his lifetime. At 20, he began building a large army with the intent to destroy individual tribes in Northeast Asia and unite them under his rule. He was successful; the Mongol Empire was the largest empire in the world before the British Empire, and lasted well after his own death in 1227."
Same thing with Buddha....historians ect, felt he was a Taurus due to the month/time/he was born in...
