Nah, better to keep the town and mafia and take mafia off slowly to keep the two sides going at each other. If you get rid of the mafia too quickly then it means going through townies takes a lot longer. You have to use the mafia to help cull out the number of townies.
Keep the two teams alive so the townies are looking for mafia signals and not just once that indicate an arsonist... and there's a lot less townies to deal with.
Besides... look how quickly we figured out who she was. A townie could have as well.

Tbh this was possibly the most easiest game I've witnessed for the townies if they hadn’t approached it so stupidly.Regardless of who the arsonist was, they PROVED they were targeting the mafia first. There’s zero argument to that unless you’re clearly a mafia. So it would’ve strategically been in the best interest of the townies to have kept them alive if they noted her breadcrumbs or to at least give attention to the list of suspicions she left before getting lynched. That would've helped the townies make wiser lynching decisions without even having to trust each other!! “Hmm starwars has been correct so far, and she voted for PhoenixRising before getting lynched so let’s test how good she really was at detecting the mafia. Btw I outed myself as the witch so I know I’m gonna get killed soon, let me poison PhoenixRising.” BAM! The godfather would be down with the witch’s death. But no. Champ didn't like weed’s vote toward her way before she revealed her role and chose to kill her making it a wasteful. And the rest of the night roles were just useless.
All it takes is a good amount of the townies to screw it up for the few intellects in order for the mafia to win.
Pubmaster is powerful if used correctly. As its essentially a seer that never has to come out. This was just Melly's first time playing @.@.
Melly told me she investigated Damnata, and that Damnata wasn't mafia.....

what threw me.. was when Weeds pointed out page 40 and 41 had mafia in it.. you, feby . super , Nata and dazed ( both mafia) voted NO so i was like hmmm super was dead and a confirmed townie. soo thats why i didnt end up believing feby lololol
i also let the personal digs get under my skin... way too much.
i know that's what happens in this game.. but still i don't have a thick skin against it.

We built our strategy based around the shifting pieces. If the pieces had been placed differently, we would have moved differently in response.

If you knew who mafia was yet still couldn't lead a team....you failed. In the game Deldo hosted...I ran out of time with people. But I had managed to rally them around me. Even then, I did not lash out at my fellow townies like you did when feby got voted out. Your arrogance might tell you that you're above the rest in the figuring out department, but this is a team game.
It is absolutely a punk ass move for you to show no respect to your fellow townies.
As for figuring out the mafia? I'm going to respectfully disagree you did that because you followed your wrong gut feeling on JAG. Which, wouldn't you know..some people followed theirs too.
But whatever makes you feel...knowledgeable.

Its extremely important to test people. It always brings the mafia in the open, just like it did this game.

I feel Everyone played well, mafia did great, and I truly had fun. Was just pretty pissed you'd go out of your way to say star and myself are the reason mafia won. That's so not the case whatsoever. If at least 1 townie would have voted PR, it would go to generator. That's my point. The fact it was a close game. You won fair and square, but at the same time the town didn't get skunked or steamrolled.

It's not that I don't get stragety, but this game has none whatsoever. It's not about stragety as a townie. You might as well throw stragety out the damn window because the second you have one, It get ls fucked up.
Being a townie is about improvising, which is all you can really do. Everything will continuously change for the entirety of the game. Why make a solid stragety that will never ever in this history of this game go through as a townie? Everything in this game changes to a different game each day. And we could argue about That fact all day.

As for testing people...I agree. But everyone is suspicious for everyone so it needs finesse and we all blunder around let's be serious here. When you're mafia, you know your team. As townie, mistakes should not be held against you like you're some kind of an idiot...especially from someone who still didn't win the game for their team.

I feel Everyone played well, mafia did great, and I truly had fun. Was just pretty pissed you'd go out of your way to say star and myself are the reason mafia won. That's so not the case whatsoever. If at least 1 townie would have voted PR, it would go to generator. That's my point. The fact it was a close game. You won fair and square, but at the same time the town didn't get skunked or steamrolled.

@Soul, the math guaranteed that we'd have one with one possible exception. Only if we lost the generator the FIRST day and ajna came back the second day. If both of those circumstances weren't met, it was already a checkmate.

It was 4-3
The generator would have gone the townies way two days in a row.
That would have left it 2-1 in townies favor during the day.
