I like it when i do it ...
I get out of the habit..i used to jog ..but i got weirded out about roads and being out alone ..
I used to do self defense ..but hmmm ...my phsycial experiences started to produce extreme emotional reactions...
Basically i got out of the habit ..and wasn't in the right space. I would get upset and start crying.

I don’t like jogging but I love walking. I can walk for hours just listening to music.
I used to practice karate and it helped me a lot emotionally. Getting all the frustrations and anger out

None. Growing up I did gymnastics and cheerleading. And yes, they are sports.I want to get into wrestling though... But I'm scared. I emailed a wrestling school last year but I always get nervous and freak out. They're not really my crowd of people so everyone including the trainers would hate me.
Oh yes, they are sports.
I did gymnastics for many years too. I really think that it’s why I am good at lots of different sports. Very good foundation

It's amazing. It truly makes you very graceful with your movements in sports. Unfortunately I haven't done it in over a decade. I can't even do a bridge anymore. It truly sucks. I wish I would have carried on with it.

Oh if I could do it, you can too! I had this crazy fear of drowning and that was the hardest barrier to overcome. After diving in Maldives, Cambodia and Egypt, I'm hooked forever. The corals, the sharks,... Completely different world. Almost divine.
