Think about it: you are brought over from another country because you are poor and have slim chances. Your family background is poor too, and you put up an ad for mail order. And, if you are successful, you meet a good man (Mind you, not all of these women find GOOD men. Some of these women find men who abuse them too you know), so it's very much a gamble.
And if people know you are mail order, they will sometimes mock, and be cruel. Some don't of course, but it's shameful for alot of these women.

the sad thing is some of these men aren't rich i think they genuinely come here to find love and affection. then bam cleaned out and can't pay for the cheap room. has to phone home for money to be wired.

do they also have mail order grooms?

I've met some filipino/vietnamese/thai gay men who were mail order grooms. Men who have a good reputation, and these gay men are a high standing in society, big homes, good career, get mail order grooms from overseas too.

at the school i worked and studied at, there were alot of foreign people from different countries, so i get to find out where they're from and they talk about how they managed to leave their countries to be with their mate. they would never say, i'm from a mail order online. that's private for them and none of our business, but a good percentage are. some come alone for studies and work. U.S. has green card so you can go work and find jobs, but dont need to get a partner. most in the U.S. will try to get the man/woman to marry them so they can be pernament.

but this is common knowledge about green cards anyway. You hear alot about U.K. too.

That's actually a very good point lol luckily I'm so far from green card material on both sides of the fence lol

you would be a good candidate for young single women overseas who need to find a man to marry them since you are single and living alone. You'd have to make sure you provide for them first, and have the money, then they can get on their feet later and get integrated in the U.K.

lol we have much poorer conditions here! i had filipinas in mind when i was replying. plus my finances are very shaky all the time. weird weird unaspected uranus singleton in my 2nd house. i'm just on an upswing now but i don't know how long it will last. maybe until saturn is in scorpio. then it will enter my 2nd house back to crying on my couch lulz!

lmao! well that's what I thought you know...there is an extreme rich and poor in Philiphines just like India, and Mexico, ect. They have super rich and super poor. But I dont think the super rich want to get mail order.
