right now I'm a beginner. I've been following this lady on youtube she has over 200 yoga videos which are really helpful. I do alot of hiking so when I started to do yoga I didn't think i was going to be sore afterwards, but some poses are painful!
Cool! Namaste!
I torture myself weekly at the hot yoga (sauna) studio for 1.5 hours at night.

Namaste! I found your photos!
Dude, I lose 3 pounds after each 1.5 hour session in there.
lol... I try every day... but lately I have been slacking... I do Hatha... and bikram... I have started to do it on my own... as it is always great to feel the energies of others... but to only feel your own... realize you are doing this for yourself and don't need anyone... just a little space... and hopefully a mat...
Maybe, PP

Ladies and Gentlemen,Do you do yoga regularly? If so, what kind and what level?
Ideas and contributions welcome.
Yes, 5 days/nights a week. I started 6 years ago and have never looked back! The studio is one of my happy places, where I go to unwind, and spend time getting centered after a stressful day. It is awesome for de-stressing, and keeping in top physical shape.
I practice only in the hot room and mostly Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Anusara and Vinyasa (when I have to because it's the only class going -don't really like Vinyasa). Hatha is my favorite and I love the wall classes. I find the hot temperature studio more challenging.
I did restorative last year in the regular temperature studio and it was literally a snoozefest, but it was all I could do at the time, while recovering from surgery.
Most studios here have community or karma classes which cost $ 5 (for those on a budget). The classes are the same but the classes get crowded, so go early.

hahaha!!
I have been doing yoga sense I was seven years old. I do yoga about once a week but, I love aerobics too so, I switch it up.
I'm just about level III, particularly when it comes to balance poses. I think "the Crane, "including variations are my claim to fame.
I'm drawn to balance poses naturally. Being an Aries, all variations of "the Warrior" are favorites.
I have been doing yoga for years on and off. Ashtanga yoga is what I prefer. It's a crazy challenging workout 🙂
Pilates for me. I took it up when I started running a few years back.
Always fancied trying Bikram yoga, although it looks quite intense!

Sounds like it. I don't understand why people pay money to get dehydration and breathe in other peoples detox.
I guess people are really into fads
I do it once a week at my local community centre. The instructor usually does vinyasa flow with a bit of ashtanga and power yoga thrown in.
