So why is he being diffucult about not giving her the cat? He should be so willing... But tries to make it difficult.
I read everything here, and I don't recall reading that.
She said that he's been ignoring her, and that she was finally able to make arrangements.

In fact, just the other day she was talking to him and he was being his normal self. No mention of difficulty at all. So, not only was he NOT being difficult, he also wasn't ignoring her.
Her story (drama filled tale) is full of contradictions.
she is far from innocent
she has created all of this drama for herself and is fully responsible for her bad behavior.
She refuses to accept that she has bad behavior ... and that should be enough for people to realize her dishonesty ... because an honest person isn't afraid of being wrong.

All of this talk she has been doing and not one mention of her haven just flown out to get the cat.
Now, that she has been put against the wall about not taking responsibility for the animal ... suddenly, the story morphs into her flying this very moment.

Infinite 8 thank you for your help he responded to the police txt and stated he's gone away with his group he didn't realize the pick up was today etc. So I'm going to try and get myself a flight home. I'm going to ask for advice on collecting her next weekend to see what I can do to stop this from happening next week. I'm just unsure where I stand legally so I better seek some clarification. I'm not American. So don't have a full understanding or knowledge of the law.

He has agreed I can collect my cat in a couple if weeks or whenever I want.
When he sends me pics and videos of my cat I just say....she looks well thank you. Thats it.

There are NO definitive arrangements made.
Yet, she's trying to make people believe that she's been sitting on his doorstep for hours, with him refusing to give the cat.
Furthermore, when he sends vids of the cat, she has no response except to say awe, thanks ..... before, in this thread and on the Scorpio board, she said numerous times that he's been ignoring the issue with the cat, that she has been unable to get him to address her wanting her animal ... yet, he sends videos of the cat, and pics ... plural, meaning a lot of pics and videos.
So, how is she justifying making statements that he has been difficult with her in regards to the animal?
It's likely that the whole story has been fabricated.
Why are you concerned where you stand legally as if this guy is trying to...idk hold that cat hostage and never retrieve it to you?
