I like fast classical pieces like Liszt although I won't be able to play those for like a decade..
I can play a simple version of it. It's a bit clangy 😅

click to expandMany thanks! Funny you should mention soft pastel ones because I did that on sheets of super fine sand paper since I didn't have the appropriate medium to work with. Not to mention how expensive the supplies are if you want something decent. Anyway, I make do 😄

Melissa (Lemon Balm) is one of my faves. Tis a very feminine oil. Ive used it a lot to make perfume, blended with rose and geranium is nice or for a more earthy smell sandalwood or patchouli.
You can buy it blended in carrier oil which keeps the cost down, but yes true Melissa is pricey.

Hvala mače! Man, it's been such strange process in that I haven't met neither the agent nor anyone from the title company in person. Everything now is handled online & took nearly 3 months to be finalized. 😶 The only person I did meet was an official here in town who witnessed my signing of which was a ton btw. More than signing for the house it seems! Anyway... now I can officially claim to be an island property owner, which, technically speaking, I would be correct. The only thing is, the island is located in the Michigan's Upper Peninsula and I muss traverse the bridge below every time I go to visit it. Does not bode well with my fear of heights 😵
But to answer your questions, as of right now, I'm looking at it as a long term investment but should the economy hit the dark ages of recession as some economists are predicting, well, it just might become my primary residence. For that to happen I need to clear the land first. I was thinking something along the lines of off a grid cabin with enough square footage to get me started. I can always expand should the need arise. Something along the lines of...
Current property can become a rental or if not feasible, sell it!
