I don’t know many Aries sun women, only 2 so can’t really say.

As for femininity I would say softly spoken, not loud or rude, doesn’t swear too much, not extremely competitive. Also looks after her appearance. Probably not with short or bright blue hair and definitely not covered in tattoos (no offence to anyone with those, it’s your choice but not appealing to me).

I would add that this can be a situational thing, like she could be very feminine with me but have a more determined personality at work. That’s totally fine.
