I have a lot of synastry aspects with this guy I'm talking to, I'm so obsessed with him but he acts like he doesn't care other than wanting sex. Sometimes I feel like he's hiding it or scared of me. Is this possible he isn't feeling anything?

These are mainly good aspects, but they do not guarantee romantic love interest, even when you are dating. Not much Pluto to explain your "obsession" either.
Some are good aspects for a FWB or illicit affair (your Venus lighting up his house of secrets; His sun, mercury and moon in your house of sex). Moon conjunct mars 0 degrees is hot, and so is Venus opposite mars. Others are good for mutual affection and wellbeing (Venus-Jupiter, sun-Venus, sun-Jupiter). Is his moon aspected by any of your planets?
If he only wants sex or something more, it also depends on who is he (his natal chart), how old is he, where in his life is he now, how able is he to love and commit. Also, on what you give him and what you ask from him, how long have you been dating him (if you are dating). Talk to him. Don't be afraid to appear demanding, men like a challenge.
So your just talking then... and he only wants to talk about sex. I think you should take people at face value. Way less disappointed expectations that way.
He's not feeling nothing, he is at the very least feeling horny.
You feel like he's hiding what? and why would he be scared of you?
Are you scared to confirm your relationship with him? Be direct and see where he's at with it.
You guys are already having sex, you can't get anymore intimate than that.
Men should be on a 6 month time limit, if they don't want a relationship within that time, then let them know it's been nice dating them but you're looking for something solid so you will be moving on.
They usually get their shit together when a women does this, hopefully you don't have anyone back burnered that replaces him and makes it too late.

We have met 2 x, I have kids and no one to babysit so it's difficult to meet him. He talks about sex a lot but I don't complain lol. I just think he is the most beautiful thing I've seen. He's 27, taurus sun with an aries mars and gemini venus. I think it's pretty hopeless he'll want to commit 😔 he keeps disappearing on me whenever he opens up a bit. I'm sure he would reply if I sent him a message but he'll stop contacting me first for a few days. I guess that's why i thought he might be hiding things. It's true though. I've personally experienced some of these aspects. It's like that.
it's just with really strong connections like that, they will have more of effect on reach other.
