Are all moon-mars aspects baby makers?

I have the double whammy with my boyfriend (square;opposition) and I'm wondering if it's only the for conjunction that brings fertility?

I have Moon Mars 2 degree conjunction in Taurus in 2nd house and got pregnant the first time we tried....on Valentine's Day, on an air bed as we'd just moved house

Yess I think I'm ready too! But yes we have a double whammy.. moon square mars and moon opposite mars so that energy is very powerful between us

Do you know exactly when you're ovulating, so there's more chance of it happening?

My mars is conjunct my husband’s moon and we actually went 14 years without a baby...I had some minor issues. But it wasn’t the right time anyway. When it was the right time, the universe knew, and now I’m finally a mommy.

But yeah I pretty much live in a state of perpetual arousal 😂I could literally F him all the time. Like the song

And he always wanted a baby long before we had one.

Oo I have the tight conjunction. I've always desired to have a soccer team of kids from an young age. However I also don't want to simply be a baby maker in life so I will report back when time comes !

Don't forget to eat tons of rice. Lol jk 😂
