Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the sign of communication. Unlike the analytical Virgo, Gemini is more of the spoken word. Gemini also rules the throat, breath, hands, and nervous system.
Funny story, I actually received a BJ a couple years ago from a Gemini woman who started singing whenever she took a break from blowing me. It was like she got in my head as she blew me and when I came, I let out a deep moan and my legs were even vibrating from how good of a job she did.
