Confused Help me understand

I've known of this Aqua for about 4 yrs now (I'd say we're acquaintances) & every time he's always flirting w/ me or standing super close. He is constantly trying to make conversation with me when he sees me in person (he has my number but has NEVER called me & I don't have his since it constantly changes) and always affectionate (mostly hugs). Idk how to take him since Aquas are confusing but the signs are there. Do aquas treat their friends like this or is this more of a "I wanna smash" type move? Help me understand if I'm over analyzing or not...

Aqua got a fascinating side to them they want to be all up and around you, playing around, goofing around, taking life not serious, and people entering their life all the time. And Probably seen alot and been through alot. One has has to be serious interesting to captivate aqua elements.

When you feel it slow the roll because it's so fun and forget that you should be getting to know them people for later in life purposes. If it's meant to be it will no rushing doesn't do any good I seen.

Sex will come later but get to know them first if they are pushy set boundaries and ask questions.

No I just needed another perspective. My intuition has always been telling me "proceed w/ caution". It's just a crush, we don't know each other "like that"...

yes follow your instinct,guess im like him in a way and we do treat almost anyone like that we are very friendly and affectionate that most of the time people see it as flirting,and base on my personality if i like someone i dont feel comfortable as hug the person i like it takes time before i have the courage to do that and most of the time we wont admit we like someone even if we do but when we realize that we really do like the person we go through the stage in which we avoid the person we like and think about it

They are flirts, they love the trill, but long term....not worth worrying about. I'm a Scorpio and find Aquarius to be a real turn off with their flippant flirty ways, but they make amazing friends.
