How do you fight with your SO?

i had this petty quarrel with my bf around a week ago.. not like he knew coz he said some things and i did not react but i actually was getting emotional about a lot of things recently.. those things culminated into me disappearing for a few days
didn't tell him i'd be gone and showed no signs of having any problems coz i'm secretive when i'm hurt (i have pisces moon in the 8th house and virgo sun in the 12th)
but we did reconcile though i admit i'm still secretly nursing a wound about it.. don't know why i'm so nuts lately and i feel like people just being a jerk to me all the time lately
my bf's got a lot of aries in him so he really hounds me when i disappear.. and my mom is a traitor who helped him
everyone's a jerk
we're more like the libra/aries axis when we're fighting probably coz the progression of our chart together
What did he do to upset you and did he have no idea or did the disappearing set off alarm bells?

he's sometimes reckless with things he says.. careless.. and i don't like talking about problems out loud until i've finally had enough.. when i do, i tend to disappear.. i have libra mars too so..
i went to my mom but realized that's the place he'll first look.. and i'm telling you that aries placements are like bloodhounds.. i know his schedule coz we live together so i knew exactly when to leave.. so i stayed over at a friend's house
but my mom told on me coz she said i'm being immature and will probably change my mind.. of course he got mad and he's got a bad temper but yeah
i'm secretly resentful sometimes but he seems clueless to how things are processed in my brain.. he only finds out when i've done something..click to expand
I have Aries moon and I'm dating an Aries Mars so I can imagine it would be difficult to deal with if you have a tendency to avoid conflict. I try to talk things out immediately. So your partner is probably that way too and would get more upset if you drag it out and don't confront and deal with it on the spot.

he's very bossy, something you won't think of pisces.. very bad temper, impatient and always telling me what to do lol but i don't mind those things much.. coz i'm very indecisive
that's a huge difference between us.. i don't attack things directly but he does.. and i'm never ready for it.. i'd be forced to deal with it when he's demanding it from me.. this is usually how everything's resolved.. when i'm in a corner and forced to explain lol i'm such a passive-aggressive bclick to expand
Maybe try to tell him "I'm upset but I need time to process it. I'll talk to you about it when I'm ready". That way you can avoid confronting without actually avoiding him and making him get more mad.

it'a just that.. i feel like i get easily upset over pett things and like it'd be useless coz that's what he'd tell me.. then i'd feel he's dismissive and i'd withdraw again.. then he'll come hounding.. it's a circular loop
and then he'd get affectionate which will distract from me trying to gain the will to tell him what's going on.. like problems keep getting swept under the rug coz i'll seem to let it go but will store it in secret somewhere

it's in the 1st, close to 2nd, i have 3 energies in my first house. and lots of asteroids, with moon in the 12th.
it's very clustered there. I have no idea, but saturn is stronger than my uranus decan chart.
maybe who comes close to my chart is this aquarius woman, but different generation. because her 1st house is packed.

Bacially he is the stable one and doesn’t like to argue, so very in line with Libra (go figure with his signs). However he is extremely stubborn when he thinks he is right and it’s definitely a toss up for who will win at being more stubborn. Time is on his side though and eventually I concede usually.
We actually don’t argue much anymore unless it’s a really big issue. Funny how that changed when we moved in together...for two years up and down and arguments and then We move in together and now we are better than ever before, don’t really argue and talk through things without raising our voice, like a seamless transition. I’m supposed to be passive aggressive but not with him. I guess he lives up to the Taurus description cuz he acts holier than thou, which means I destroy more of his shit.

I'll go to him with a problem (over text instead of in person because the only issues we have stem from finding it difficult to get our schedules to align and actually see each other regularly) that I'll outline clearly and calmly and ask him how he stands on that, and how we can resolve it. He backs right off and won't give me a straight answer on anything, which drives my need-to-know sun into overdrive, my logical moon into "why won't you just tell me the answer to what I asked?" and my mars... unfortunately... into a huge emotional grump, the only thing of which will fix it is physical affection which isn't happening because our schedules are so different 😂
If he has a problem with me, he just disappears without saying anything until he's got over it, which I find infuriating.
The more time we spend together the less we fight because he feels reassured that I actually like him and I know what he's really thinking, so I think it's a case of things will be smooth once we finally move in together...

yesssssss, I completely agree! I hate texting him all the time! I only do it because it's so hard to align our schedules for us to actually meet up! One day... one day his overly cautious excess of Virgo placements will let me see him much more frequently, and then... we'll be smooth sailing. Our conflict resolution is amazing when we're together in person. Calm discussions, both end up feeling 1000x better. Very much looking forward to that day.

I have Virgo venus and mercury so I'm good with facts. It's just Cap moon throws me lol. There's never yelling or aggression and neither of us can go a full 24 hours of no contact. I think everyone, emotional and non-emotional types get annoyed with silly arguments and generally that's all they really are. Things are misunderstood or poorly worded then it gets blown up into something it didn't need to be. How they get resolved effectively is probably more dependent on adapting your conflict style to the individual. I need to work on that because being too alike is a disaster

That's true, we are much more patient towards each other than towards other people. Caring means understanding more. Even my Aries Moon is incredibly patient here lol and I can't describe enough how difficult it can be to have patience with that Moon lolclick to expand
