Thinking back to my first-ever boy crush, I was 12 and he was 11. Ash-blond hair and blue-green eyes, a little taller than me, with a broad forehead and built like a soccer player, handsome.....sound familiar?

My second major boy crush was the same age as me, dark blond hair and blue eyes, heart-shaped face with a killer smirk and nice tone......sound familiar? Seems like I've always had a Jed type.

He was 20 when we met, I was a couple months away from my 28th. So if we had met when I was 20, he would've been 13. Not happening. But I do believe we would've been drawn to each other in a big brother-little brother way.

Fun story, I did meet my dude when we were both younger. I worked at an hoa starting when I was 16 teaching lessons and life guarding at his community pool.

I remember seeing him and thinking he was fine af but too young for me and I tried to hook him up with my younger coworker.

She probably would've ignored me.
