What would make a Sag woman constantly try to get a rise out of someone?

At my workplace, we have two coworkers who seem to always get into it and it is always the woman that starts it.

The woman is this bubbly blonde with an early December birthday, she is usually very chatty and social. My best celeb lookalike for her would have to be Hayden Panetierre except she is like 5'8. Now we have this other guy who kind of looks like Kirk Cousins and he is a Leo.

It always goes like this.

He is there minding his own business and she constantly says things that she knows will get under his skin. Now he ignores it and when he does that, she makes a confrontational comment meant to attack him such as "you should not frown so much, you are already aging poorly". Then he comes back at her with things like "if I have to keep dealing with you it'll speed up my aging by a lot", then she gets serious and starts getting a bit feisty with him.

She always starts it with the guy until he is forced to fight back.

What would make a Sag woman do this?

Yeah she's probably just speaking her mind with random f'in comments n maybe they get under some skin. Also we tease, a lot, if we aren't ruffling some feathers something's off lol.

See, that's your issue. You think we do it obsessively. We're just speaking on what we're seeing and observing, like everyone else. We just do it very openly and bluntly.. tends to get us in hot water or misunderstood.

Yup, this is type of banter. Hopefully they BOTH know what's going on here lol.

Seen this happen a lot. Usually they are both in on it. Not always with serious intent. Talking shit( flirting) is a great pass time at work.

One time this girl was doing it at work, she was secretly shy but could talk mad shit. Would always talk crap to this guy. He would fire back and she would laugh and continue doing it. He started getting frustrated and complained to me. I laughed and told him straight up she actually likes you dude.

They ended up hooking a month later.

I've seen a couple times were the other party had zero interest or was just dense and things went bad( hard feelings). Not fun mediating that.

Subtext, double speak, body language, and under current. Learn it and you will have a much easier time dealing with woman especially the younger ones.

There is one catch to this though. Some times you pick up what they actually want and feel reading them BUT for whatever reason they are unwilling to act on it. You have to coax them out like a kitten hiding under the couch lol.

What I don’t understand is why it bothers you so much if you are not involved. Judge & jury it seems.

Fire sign banter is weird to the unitiated as so much of it is below the belt insults. Same as Gemini "randomness" only random if you cannot keep up.

Lol yes. Leo’s do it too, so it is quite interesting that the interaction he has a problem with is Leo/Sag. But I’d say for Sags sometimes we are a bit oblivious. I have been accused of having my head in the sand from a Leo, but than it leads to banter and we are both laughing 😂
