that's why those videos of cheapskates, is weird to me but I understand WHY they do it, because they have no money or very very little with the economy and with lots of children. So they have to skimp.
EDIT although you can buy BULK at a mega supermarket and buy quality food for cheaper than normal supermarkets...

the only cheap way i am is for myself and i would give quality food over to them, than myself.
like if there's the last piece of delicious cake or last piece of thick crust pizza with lots of cheese mozzerella, pepperonis, i give it away before i even want it.
