Perhaps it depends on the reasons he is looking. He might still have feelings he hasn't sorted out, which is common in break ups.

Looking that often is beyond curiosity. You just told someone to move on aka I don't care enough to keep you in my life but I care enough to see what you're up to almost daily? It's normal to be curious. However, it doesn't do you any good. If you carry on looking every day, especially a few seconds after she posted something, and/or at late hours, you come across as obsessed, stalkerish, passive aggressive and hypocritical (since you told her to move on, but you didn't do the same).
You should learn self control. SELFCONTROL!!!! This is actually one of the main features that women are looking for in a mate or even friend. It shows strength of character. You are failing at it pathetically. So stop!
