Prom-posal, but we’re not in high school..

Is it normal for a women(26 years old) to want to be prom-posaled when I ask her out?.. this would be the third time we’ll get together now in a relationship and she has been going off on how if I just ask her out she won’t accept that, I have to prom-posal her. As far as I’ve figured from what she means is that I have to come up with some corny way to ask her out and make a big deal out of it? I get the whole wanting to feel special as a person, but is this kind of thing normal especially given the situation of it being our third time getting back together?

We’re done now, a couple things happened and I dropped the ball a little on her birthday and she got pissed and ran off again, I didn’t really think of it as a huge deal I was just late. Her mom sent me a kind of out of her place text the next day and blamed everything on me, thought that was kinda weird.

But I’m sure she would expect that and beyond for everything.

I’ve always thought libra/Taurus was like a match made in heaven, we do great together when things are good but once something pisses her off, nice knowin ya she’ll tear you down in anyway possible.
