Why?

When do some men emotionally withdrawal when falling in love

isn't it that they give you all the lovey dovey stuff which makes you think they are falling in love..... when in reality, when they have achieved their initial challenge of catching you, they then withdraw because they have met their objective?!

Retrospection, gather or compute thoughts/feelings. I think emotions/feelings just happen to some men...with women we flow with it, through it.

Because men are taught not to feel. When they catch feelings they have to decide whether to go against their programming or not.

The same reason we as women are taught to give love. Nature. There are some men out there who love and express it easily.

Because their bellies be yellow lad!

Simple. Men in love don't withdraw. Young guys (or emotionally immature guys) might withdraw right before confessing their feelings if they are afraid to do so. Otherwise a guy who is withdrawing is looking for space. Whether or not he comes around is anyone's guess.

The real question is, is he actually in love with you?

They don't.

It just seems that way to you, and all women because the female believes that just because she is in love that he automatically is suppose to, and act like it.

When these men are withdrawing, it's because they are NOT in love with you, but, you're acting like they do because you're too involved with your own feelings to recognize it's all just you being thirsty.

Just even threads like this, proves the point .... look at how many women are clueless, and can't comprehend the reality of that men aren't helpless to your feelings, like you are.
