However on a more serious note, I think this is more ruled by your moon sign! Here's why, my moon is in libra and because of that I desire partnership and being around my friends above all else. And for me when I'm with my friends I relax and calm down, but when I'm alone I just can't do it. Can't shut my mind off unless I'm socializing. It's something to think about.

Our son has the same placements as you Sun, Moon, Rising...he finds it very hard to relax. I am teaching him breathing techniques and work as a healer so it helps a little, i hope. I tend to be very calm but wonder what it would have been like for him if i was the same? Do you find when you are talking to people you walk around rather than sit down?

Take a walk in nature, thats good for thinking too much.

Well... Where there is a will, there is a way! Is this something he is interested in changing? If not, your efforts will be futile.
