Do you express your feelings before he express it?
I heard scorps could turn off if he finds out that the potential SO's like him more than he likes her.
Maybe you could show a bit hot and cold action to make him curious about you.
Make yourself attractive and cheerful with a good heart/intentions in your conversations could be faster way to flirt him. Do it indirectly and act like you dont really like him.
Give him time to think about you, and miss you.

Hey guys! So I'm experiencing an odd disappearing act from a Scorpio man in which I got intimate with. I am a Capricorn woman.
The first time we met, he took me on several dates and made me feel extremely special. However, I had to leave. We continued chatting over a long distance and he still kept close to me. Very romantic conversations.
A month later, I flew in to see him again and he acted the complete opposite. I haven't done and said anything wrong to him. Out of anger, I expressed my disappointment to him and I never heard from him again. He never responded to my concern. It's been weeks and I haven't heard from him.
What do I do? I need some advice.
He expressed his feelings before I did. He did admit his interest. However his actions is saying something else.
Scorpios get so into themselves and their deep inner feelings and overthinking things. I have heard so many women complain about the "push away/pull you back" thing because they love to "test" you and make sure you want them.

HI, I respect what you mean. But it's just a month that he isn't talking to her.. I strongly believe relationships don't build overnight, but take time to build. They are like heart pulse that modulate.. That's when each other know their strengths and weaknesses.. This helps to build a deep and a strong bond.. And Scorpios are folks who don't utter a word eventhough there are extreme emotions beneath them.
