I'm the same way too btw. I like new or dynamic environments. If your bored, master your position and ask for a new one. This way you gain more money and experience which makes it easier to get the jobs and positions you do want now or later.

You just reminded me how much I missed doing that. So much more entertaining then the same shirt day in day out.

As a manager/employer, I put in extra effort for slackers who have high potential. Normal slackers get minimized or fried.

Take your bosses advice and Branch out until you find something that's fits you. Yes I was never about the money too, so don't focus on that, It's just a bonus.

Admittedly now that money is a issue I deeply regret not going up. The experience under my belt could of opened many many more options/freedom for me now.

I didn’t think you can get lost anywhere anyhow after you ate ‘bambagaganoosh’ dancing without 1 measly question...how could you done THAT?

It takes a lot for me to fire someone even if they are borderline useless employees. I just hate the hiring and training process . When I do decide that someone has to go, I make sure to have a replacement set first. Check Indeed. If your job is not posted, you are probably safe.

tbh i'm trying to get myself to really commit to a job coz how can i start business when i can't settle myself down as an employee first?

i still manage to be late for work and have no energy about it when i have a driver.

that's pretty pathetic when you think about it.

but i've stayed here like about a year or whatever so i find myself feeling like i should cling to it.

i don't wanna get into something again then lose interest immediately.
