I mean, he's been cheating on his wife with you for years. So if his wife did cheat, it may have been out of retaliation. Scorps typically have a guilty conscience. Though he's probably hurt that she cheated on him, he's been cheating FOR YEARS, so he more than likely knows that he deserved it. I know it sounds disturbing but sometimes an affair brings married couples closer because they come so close to losing the person that they've taken for granted for a long time. Maybe the thought of losing her to another man isn't sitting well with him and he wants to work it out with her.

i had a talk about this with my hsuband and he said he knows a coworker who cheats on his wife all the time.
and i asked, why does he do it? and why do alot of your other co workers dont cheat on their wives? what makes them do it?
he said that if you dont find the relationshp with your spouse/lover important, you gonna do what you want.
Or ..sometimes, they are just WEAK. they can't help themselves cause they love their wives but they have temptations and the weakness is too much. And he and his guy friends tell me that don't be fooled cause even lots of women cheat too.
they get bored and run off to another man while the man is working in a far away country, LIke say, you're a soldier, in the military, i alwys hear about military wives getting bored as hell and finding a new squeeze to bring home.
