Where do you go when you're dark and brooding?

Physically, like where do you go? There has to be something better than being alone and lost in the tempest. I don't even want to go home right now.

1. Buy some cheap wine

2. Buy some cheap wine glasses

3. Drive to an underpass

4. Pour 1 into 2; drink; cry whilst listening to female singers with a tendency to slightly yodel (ala Dolores O'Riordan)

5. Throw glass against dumpster

6. Take a free, deep, belly breath

These days?

Probably Netflix.

But I go there when Im happy too.

Like any good addict, my DOC serves rain or

shine.

Healthy: I go for a walk around town and take pictures of everything.

Unhealthy: I get high

I go to where i need to .... inside of myself

Usually i will use music and dancing to shift myself out of any dark mood (which these days are infrequent and last for a short time)

Like Foxy, home is for brooding, outside is for laughter

I go to my favorite park and sit until it gets dark and then after it is dark I go find a comfortable secluded parking lot, usually Walmart, and sit in my car and listen to audiobooks. But that is mostly if I just don't want to go home usually I do it at home unless I'm afraid ill get too down there and start hating my apartment. Growing up in Tennessee up until I moved here I will go lay on my trampoline and fall asleep out there under the constellations. I miss doing that going back home this week to visit so I'm I have to do that while I'm there.

the ocean normally but since I'm in Dallas..I just get on the road and drive.
