why are people so rebellious against us scorpios (Page 2)

chi, i had a feeling you had some leo in you...well, they do say "flaunt what you got," and i personally think leos rule this sort of domain, which is not my cup of tea. i happen to prefer the scorpio's subtle way of showcasing their charisma, less drama, you don't see it right away, it slowly blooms into a beautiful flower...and voila!

...i think a lot of people feel jealous for all the love(attention) scorpio's sign gets. a lot of the bad stuff and everything else, but still... a lot of love. its a very emotionally worked sign. not just by scorpios themselves, but clearly (as of late) by everyone else too.

I got told to stay off a thread because I am too arrogant and like to "brag" just because someone didn't like my view!..dear oh dear...sensitive people irritate the shit out of me!

I don't see how emotional vulnerability is a weakness, as emotional pain isn't real damage, anyway, if anything it's supposed to make us stronger-it means we are more involved and that we'll try harder to avoid emotional pain than other signs, and nothing causes as much pain to a Scorpio as losing.

i disagree with you here Yama. i think words cut a lot deeper than wounds, which is why i agree in your assessment that it does make you stronger. but as for it not being REAL damage, i beg to differ. the human mind is a curse and a blessing. you can take an emotional pain and embellish it so you end up hurting yourself more than what was probably intended (unless this is what you mean on it not being real damage because you have warped into something bigger) and thus becomes a weakness. why else would you "...try harder to avoid emotional pain...?" i think the damages are more severe when you can't see them physically. as a water sign, i would think that you would see this differently, but as i said, not all _______ are the same.

It hurts, but it's not actual damage-it doesn't hurt our capabilities in the least.

i had a feeling you would say something like this, lol. but as i said, i think damages that can't be seen are more severe. broken bones will heal, broken souls and spirits may not heal, key word, MAY NOT. this depends on the individual of course. and that's where i see it as real damage. say a friend betrays you. the obvious damage, you will never trust this person again. the not so obvious, you will be more suspicious of people and thus question your ability to place trust in others, seeing as a friend could do such a thing to you. you'll always remember this hurt, and will always guard yourself against such matters. with a broken hand, sure you are handicapped for awhile, but this will heal and you will also avoid what it was that broke your hand...which is external (could've been the result of an argument which sprang into a fight, but even in this case, you will remember this as the event that led a broken hand which should tell you that emotions were at all time high if this was the result.) betrayal from a friend will never heal, which ultimately includes your emotions because you will never feel the same about them again, and proabably in your judgement in reading people. however, this could make you stronger. you could grow a keener sense and not be so naive.

There is nothing to heal, as there isn't any damage, just pain.

That isn't damage-in the same vane you could say that after punching a wall and hurting your hand, the damage is that you won't punch any more walls.

yet again we disagree. Yama, for a scorpio you tend to hold more weight to which that isn't visible to the naked eye, a trait that is usually not associated to your element, you're definitely an oddball in my book for your kind. you're still young i presume.

ALRIGHT AGENT006 , hey don't insult me, i have no leo in my chart, h- no. I don't believe in any of that moon, mecury and love , and passion sign , bull shit. My sun sign is what I am and what i represent ,sweet pea. I am proud of myself and I will tell and claim certain things , but you would be surprised. I make my sign more than it makes me, my point is, I come off as private. I don't tell. I release and reveal , when it is time too. Not a bragger at all sweety. i agree , I admire a person who takes out the time to know me! understand me and cherish me. A lot of people come to conclusions about me because I don't reveal a lot about myself. I do not elaborate. I admire a patient person, but not a pryer and or investigator type of person. I would rather a person allow me to introduce myself to them. Not the other way around.
