Looks like he is obsessed with her and there isn't a lot you can do to better his situation. Look out for yourself and your daughter.

Of course it does and I picked that up from the OP without reading any further. Choice of words often reveal one's true motivation.
I just prefer it when people are straight up about what the issue is vs trying to make it about something else. You'll get better responses from the Scorps on the board because they'll know what you're hoping to achieve.
OP, as for your daughter (since you're claiming that is what this is all about) sounds like you're already planning to take steps to protect her and keep her safe until he gets himself sorted, so what he's doing and who is doing it with is of little concern---hense my initial comment. He's grown and you're no longer together, so that's not your issue. If he's not of sound mind and body when she is in his care, protect her. Period. You both decided to have a baby even though your relationship was not perfect.... He did not change. . He was probably this way all along but you 1) refuse to see it or 2) Scorps are "secretive" so you have to dig really really deep to "find" the other side of them which obviously you didn't.
Your best bet is to try and build a good relationship with him for your baby's sake. But let him know that unless he seeks help for his addiction, he will not be permitted to see his childclick to expand
